Horn- og hærfuglar er ein biologisk orden, Bucerotiformes, som samlar hærfuglar, kakelarar, hornfuglar og maskehornramnar. Dette er fuglar i «den gamle verda». Fram til nyleg var dei medlemmar av ordenen Coraciiformes, råkefuglar, men det kom fram aukande mengd av indisium som stør bruk av ein eigen orden i taksonomien for Bucerotiformes.
