Urzjum (kyrillisk skrift Уржум) er ein by i Kirov oblast i Russland med om lag 12 000 innbyggjarar. Byen har namn etter elva Urzjumka. Han ligg på venstre breidda av elva, rundt 10 kilometer før ho renn saman med Vjatka og 210 km sør for Kirov.
