Nils Eyde (16. juli 1839–16. august 1891) var ein norsk kjøpmann, skipper og stortingsmann frå Flekkefjord. Jacob Eyde var bror hans.
Eyde var son til ein kjøpmann og skipsreiar. Sjølv vart han student 1859, og tok styrmann- og skippereksamen fem år seinare. Frå 1870 var han kjøpmann, skipsreiar og forsikringsagent i fødebyen. Med åra fekk han i tillegg postar som losoldermann, hamnefut og innrulleringsbetjent..
Eyde var medlem av bystyret frå 1879 og sparebankdirektør frå 1886. Han møtte på Stortinget fyrste gongen 30. april, som varamann for Elias Didrichsen. Perioden 1889-91 var han Flekkefjord sin representant på Stortinget, der han var medlem av næringskomite nr 2.
Han døydde i Flekkefjord i 1891.
