Reichskulturkammer (Rikskulturkammeret) var ein institusjon som vart skipa 22. september 1933 i samsvar med eit regjeringsvedtak i medhald av lov under det nazististke riksstyret i Tyskland, og på oppdrag frå riksministaren for ålmenn opplysing og propaganda, Joseph Goebbels. Reichskulturkammer hadde som si oppgåve å syte for ei einsretting, Gleichschaltung, av kulturlivet i landet på alle område og nivå i samsvar med den nazistiske ideologien, både med omsyn til radio-, film-, musikk-, biletkunst- og teaterverksemd, litteratur, aviser og tidsskrift. Dessutan skulle institusjonen syte for ei regulering i samsvar med den nazistiske ideologien av dei sosiale og økonomiske tilhøva til personar som dreiv kulturell verksemd av ulike slag, som mellom anna førte til at mange fekk vanskar med å utøve yrket sitt, eller fekk yrkesforbod.
