Anton Jørgensen Røstøen (4. april 1839–18. oktober 1918) var ein lærar, gardbrukar og stortingsmann frå Vestre Toten. På Stortinget representerte han Venstre.
Røstøen var son til ein gardbrukar. Sjølv vart han i 1861 seminarist frå Asker. Åra 1862-68 var han lærar i Vestre Toten. Sidan var han brukseigar, handelsstyrar og inkassokrevjar. Frå 1886 var han gardbrukar på Holte i Vestre Toten. Han var i mange år ordførar i Vestre Toten.
Røstøen representerte Kristians amt på Stortinget frå 1895 til 1900. Heile tida var han medlem av tollkomiteen.
Røstøen budde dei seinare år i Kristiania og døydde der.
