Manturovo (russisk Мантурово) er ein by i Kostroma oblast i Russland med om lag 19 000 innbyggjarar. Byen ligg på høgre breidda av elva Unzja, ei sideelv til Volga, rundt 250 km nordaust for Kostroma.
Landsbyen Manturovo vart første gong nemnd i 1617 og fekk bystatus i 1958.
Manturovo vart knytt til jernbanen St. Petersburg – Vjatka i 1908. Sidan då har han utvikla seg frå ein stille landsby til eit senter for skogsindustri, inkludert ein stor finerfabrikk.
