DeAtley Island er ei stor isdekt øy som ligg 10 nautiske mil aust for Spaatz Island ved sørsida av Ronne Entrance. Øya vart observert og grovt kartlagd frå lufta av Ronne antarktiske forskingsekspedisjon (RARE), 1947–48, og vart seianre namngjeven av Finn Rønne for oberst Ellsworth DeAtley i US Army, og kona Thelma DeAtley, som medverka med klede og mat som støtte til RARE.[1]
