Entlebuch er ein kommune i kantonen Luzern i Sveits. Kommunen har 3 298 innbyggjarar (2010) og eit areal på 57 km². Kommunesenteret ligg 723 meter over havet. Han er hovudstaden i distriktet Entlebuch. Området vart erklært eit biosfærereservat av UNESCO i 2001.
Kommunen ligg på høgrebreidda av elvane Entlen og Kleine Emme. Landsbyen Entlebuch ligg ved samløpet mellom dei to elvane. Han består av landsbyen Entlebuch og delar av landsbyane Ebnet, Finsterwald, Rengg, Rotmoos, Gfellen (ein vintersportstad sidan 1970) og eksklaven Dieplischwand an der Fontanne.
