Wannseekonferansen var ein konferanse der leiarar i NSDAP diskuterte det dei kalla «den endelege løysinga på jødespørsmålet», på tysk «Endlösung der Judenfrage». Den fann stad 20. januar 1942 i Villa Wannsee ved sjøen Wannsee i sørvest-Berlin. Målet for konferansen var å samkjøre og koordinere den allereie påbyrja utryddinga av jødane i den tyske maktsfære, det som seinare er kjent som holocaust.
