Jung Hong-won (fødd 9. oktober 1944) er ein sørkoreansk jurist og politikar som har vore statsminister i Sør-Korea sidan 26. februar 2013.
Jung studerte juss ved Sungkyunkwan-universitetet i Seoul.[1] Deretter arbeidde han i nær 50 år som anklagar. Før valet i 2012 blei han medlem av Saenuri-partiet, og etter valet blei han nominert som statsministerkandidat for den konservative Park Geun-hye-regjeringa.[1] Han blei teken i eid den 26. februar 2013.
Etter at ferja «Sewol» gjekk ned og Jung hadde vitja sørgjande etterlatne, annonserte han at han ville ta på seg ansvaret for styresmaktene sine mistak og gå av. President Park Geun-hye tok imot resignasjonen, men sa at Jung skulle vera i stillinga til redningaksjonen var avslutta. Etter dette fortsette Jung som statsminister.
