Phillip Chapman Lesh (fødd 15. mars 1940) er ein musikar mest kjend som medlem av Grateful Dead, der han spelte bassgitar i 30 år.
Etter at bandet vart oppløyst i 1995, har Lesh i saman med andre medlemmar av Grateful Dead spelt i forskjellige sideprosjekt, som Phil Lesh and Friends, som spelar mange av dei same songane som Grateful Dead gjorde. I nyare tid har Lesh spelt i Furthur i lag med Bob Weir.
