Rundøy eller Trevillian Island er ei lita, oval og kupert øy 1 nautisk mil (1,9 km) sør for Nøstet i Holmevika i Mac. Robertson Land. Ho vart kartlagd av norske kartografar frå flyfoto teken under Lars Christensen-ekspedisjonen, 1936–37, og namngjeven av dei. Ho fekk nytt namn av Australian Antarctic Names and Medals Committee (ANCA) etter T. Trevillian, teiknar i National Mapping, i National Development i Canberra, som i mange år var ansvarleg for å samle kart for ANARE (Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions).
