Pizzo di Campo Tencia er eit fjell i Lepontin-Alpane i kantonen Ticino i Sveits. Fjellet ligg mellom dalane Leventina og Valle Maggia. Med ei høgd på 3 071 m er fjellet det høgste som ligg inne kantonen Ticino, men det er høgre toppar på kantonsgrensa i Adula-Alpane og Monte Basòdino. Campo Tencia er òg namnet på isbreen som strekker i nordaustleg og nordleg retning frå fjlltoppen.
Nordnordaust for Pizzo di Campo Tencia ligg fjellhytta Capanna Campo Tencia på 2 140 meter over havet. Ho vart reist i 1912 og var den fyrste overnattingshytta som Ticino-avdelinga av Schweizer Alpen-Club bygde.
Eit klatrelag beståande av føraren Peter Sulzer, Gottlieb Samuel Studer, W. Lindt og F. Aebi var dei fyrste som kleiv til topps, 1867.
