Lauffen am Neckar-ulukka fann stad 20. juni 1959 i Lauffen am Neckar i Vest-Tyskland då ein buss kolliderte med eit ekspresstog på ein planovergang og 45 personar omkom. På den tida var det den verste bussulukka sidan den andre verdskrigen.
Bussen, som berre var godkjend for å ha 52 passasjerar, hadde 72 passasjerar denne dagen. 37 personar, inkludert bussjåføren, døyde i kollisjonen eller neste dag. Åtta andre døyde dei neste vekene. 25 andre passasjerar i bussen overlevde, men vart alvorleg skada.
