Tommy Urhaug (fødd 16. juni 1980) er Noregs fremste funksjonshemma bordtennisspelar og ein av verdas beste i sin klasse. Han kjem frå Manger i Radøy kommune. Han har 4 VM-gull, 1 VM-bronse, 6 EM-gull og 1 EM-sølv og to femteplassar frå Paralympics frå Athen og Sydney. Urhaug spelar for Stord Bordtennisklubb.
Tommy Urhaug er fødd med ein funksjonsfeil og sit difor i rullestol. Han er likevel ein av Noregs beste spelarar i klassen for funksjonsfriske, og han er på verdsrankinga over dei funksjonsfriske.
Urhaug har fått prisen for Årets funksjonshemma idrettsutøvar i Noreg under Idrettsgallaen 3 gonger, i 2002, 2007 og 2008.
