Hoste-øya (spansk: Isla Hoste) er ei chilensk øy og den nest-største av øyane i Eldlandet. Berre Storøya i Eldlandet er større. Øya har ein rik flora med skogar av sørlege tre. Vestdelen av øya ligg i Alberto de Agostini nasjonalpark. Sørspissen av øya har fått namnet Det falske Kapp Horn.
Øya har truleg vore ein buplass for Yaghan-folket før dei kvite kom. Chilenarane forsøkte å busetja seg på øya og avla kveg, men måtte gje opp. Nokre få yaghan-familiar budde på øya fram til utpå 1900-talet.
I 1978 brukte Chile øya som stasjon for krigsskip i Operation Soberanía under Beagle-konflikten. Operasjonen vart ikkje sett i verk. Under folketeljinga i 1992 registrerte ein seks fastbuande her, men det er uvisst om desse faktisk budde her eller på andre øyar i nærleiken. I 2002 registrerte ein ingen.
