Transkripsjonsfaktor II D (avstytt TFIID) er ein ålmenn transkripsjonsfaktor i eukaryotar som er sentral ved byrjinga av transkripsjon med RNA-polymerase II. I menneske er han sett saman av det TATA-bindande proteinet (TPB) og 13 faktorar knytte til dette (TAF1–13).
