Lamar Williams (14. januar 1949–21. januar 1983) var ein amerikansk musikar som var mest kjend som bassist i The Allman Brothers Band (1972-1976) og Sea Level (1976-1980).
Williams var inspirert av bassistar frå James Jamerson til Stanley Clarke og i 1960-åra lærte han seg å spele bass i eit soulband kalla Sounds of Soul med den framtidige Allman Brothers-trommisen Jai Johanny Johanson. Williams erstatta Berry Oakley i The Allman Brothers Band, etter han han omkom i 1972.
Williams døydde av lungekreft i 1981. Legane meinte han kunne ha fått dette etter å ha blitt eksponert for Agent Orange medan han var i Vietnamkrigen. Han vart 34 år gammal.[1]
