Vouga er ei elv i sentrale område av Portugal. Ho har kkjelda si i Chafariz da Lapa i ei høgd 864 meter over havet. Det ligg i soknet Quintela i kommunen Sernancelhe i Viseu. Elva munnar ut i Atlanterhavet som ein ria, Ria de Aveiro.

Avløpsvatn frå ein papirfabikk er ein av dei store forrureiningskjeldene til Vouga og Aveirolagunen. På grunn av dette har elva ei vond lukt.
