Ulsteinvik er administrasjonssenteret i Ulstein kommune på Sunnmøre i Møre og Romsdal fylke, ein by og ein tettstad med 5 376 innbyggjarar pr 1.1.2015. Den nærliggande tettstaden Sundgot (972 innbyggjarar) vart skilt ut frå Ulsteinvik i 2015. Ulsteinvik vart by i 2000 etter vedtak i kommunestyret.
Ulsteinvik er eit handlesenter og eit industrielt senter. Han er særleg kjend for skipsbyggingsindustri, som Ulstein Verft AS, Rolls Royce Marine AS og Kleven Maritime AS.
Avisa Vikebladet Vestposten kjem ut i Ulsteinvik. Byen har 5 daglegvarebutikkar: Coop Mega, Bunnpris, Rema 1000, Kiwi og Spar. Byen har to kjøpesentre: Amfi Ulsteinvik og Blåhuset.
