Sarapul (russisk Сарапул) er ein by i Republikken Udmurtia i Russland med om lag 100 000 innbyggjarar. Han ligg ved elva Kama, rundt 50 km søraust for Izjevsk.
Ein meiner at namnet Sarapul kjem frå frå tsjuvasjisk og tyder «gul fisk» (tsjuvasjisk сарă пулă).
Busetnaden oppstod på 1500-talet. Innbyggjarane levde hovudsakleg av kornhandel og fiske.
I 1780 fekk busetnaden innvilga byrettar. Mange av dei arkitektoniske fortidsminnene i Udmurtia ligg i Sarapul. Dei vakraste bygningane er kjøpmannhusa og kyrkjene.
Næringslivet i byen er i dag preget av verksemder innan maskinbygging og elektronikk.
