Stephenson Nunatak er ein markant, pyramideforma nunatak, med ei høgd opp mot kring 640 moh, som ligg 300 m oppom den kringliggande isen på nordvestsida av Kirwanfjorden søraust på Aleksanderøya i Antarktis. Han vart oppdaga og grovt kartlagd i 1940-41 av Rønne og Eklund frå U.S. Antarctic Service. Han vart kartlagd på ny i 1949 av Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey og vart namngjeven av United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee etter Alfred Stephenson, som var landmålar under British Graham Land Expedition, og som leia eit sledelag sør til George VI Sound til kring 72S i 1936. Eit anna fjell på Aleksanderøya er òg kalla opp etter Alfred Stephenson, Mount Stephenson, det høgaste punktet på Aleksanderøya med ei høgd opp mot 2987 moh.
