Kjosen (samisk Muotkalahti) er ein fjordarm av Ullsfjorden i Tromsø og Lyngen kommune i Troms. Fjorden skjer seg 14 km austover mellom Lyngsalpane til bygda Kjosen i botn av fjorden.
Fjorden har innløp mellom Hjellnesodden i sørvest og grenda Beinsnes i nordaust. Like sørvest for Hjellnesodden går Sørfjorden vidare sørover. Rett sør for Beinsnes, på sørsida av fjorden, ligg bygda Jøvik. Ei anna grend ved fjorden er Storsteinnes, litt søraust for Beinsnes.
Fjorden er omgjeve av dei høge og bratte Lyngsalpane. På nordsida ligg Sofiatinden (1237 moh), Sultinden (1083 moh), Tytebærtinden (1177 moh) og Kjostindane (1495 moh) med Kjosbreen. På sørsida finn ein Durmålsfjellet (1132 moh), Fornestinden (1477 moh), Forholtfjellet (1487 moh) og Rørnesfjellet (1255 moh).
