Statspolitiet, forkorta Stapo, var ein nasjonalsosialistisk politistyrke i Noreg under andre verdskrigen som bestod av norske tenestemenn. Styrken vart oppretta 1. juni 1941 under den tyske okkupasjonen, etter initiativ frå blant andre den seinare sjefen Karl Marthinsen, og var eit væpna politisk politi etter tysk mønster.
