Kart over Grønland med Myggbukta avmerka.
Myggbukta var ein norsk meteorologisk stasjon, radiostasjon og fangststasjon som vart skipa for Geofysisk Institutt i Tromsø av fangstskipper Johan A. Olsen i 1922 på austkysten av Grønland, på 73½° nordleg breidd. Stasjonen var i drift i åra 1922–23, 1926–40 og 1946–59. Frå 1929 var det firmaet Arktisk næringsdrift A/S som stod for drifta, med økonomisk stønad frå den norske staten.
Fangstmannen Hallvard Devold (1828-1957) heiste det norske flagget i Myggbukta i 1931 og la grunnlaget for skipinga av det området på Grønland som vart kalla Eirik Raudes Land, og som vart annektert av Noreg frå 1932 til 1933. Då gjorde den såkalla Grønlandssaka mellom Danmark og Noreg ende på den norske annekteringa.
