Jon Svennsson Vålen (16. desember 1818–4. mars 1894) var ein norsk gardbrukar og stortingsmann frå Østre Gausdal i Oppland.
Vålen var gardbrukar på farsgarden. Han var ordførar i heradsstyret frå 1852 til -79, og medlem av same frå 1883. Frå 1851 var han med i forlikskommisjonen, elles sparebankdirektør og valmann i over 20 år.
Vålen representerte Kristians amt på Stortinget frå 1865 til 1873. Både i 1865-66 og 1868-69 var han medlem av protokollkomiteen, medan han i perioden 1871-73 hadde sete i konstitusjonskomiteen.
Han døydde av magekreft på garden sin i Gausdal i 1894.
