Themiskyra (gammalgresk Θεμίσκυρα) var ein by i den greske antikken, eit lite stykke frå kysten av Svartehavet, nær munningen av Thermodon (i dag Terme-elva).
Byen vart første gong nemnd av Herodotos (iv. 86; comp. Scylax, s. 33; Paus. i. 2. § 1). Strabon nemner ikkje byen i det heile, så det er grunn til å tru at byen vart øydelagd før hans tid. Forskarar meiner at byen Terme er same stad som antikkens Themiskyra, som ligg ved munningen av Thermodon, men andre meiner at Themiskyra låg eit lite stykke frå kysten. Ein har ikkje funne ruinane av staden.
