Morten Ferdinand Nilssen (31. mai 1871–25. februar 1946) var ein norsk skulemann og politikar, fødd i Drammen.
Nilssen, som var son til ein stasjonsmeister, vart student frå Kristiania Katedralskole i 1890 og vernepliktig offiser i 1892. Deretter vart han cand.philos. I 1894 og tok eksamen på Landbrukshøgskulen på Ås, der han gjekk gjennom begge avdelingane. Dei neste tre åra arbeidde han som assistent ved forsøksstasjonen for plantekultarar ved Landbrukshøgskulen.
I 1899 tok han over som styrar av Smaalenene amts landhusholdningsskole på Berby i Idd. Frå 1902 styrar av Statens hagebruksskule for kvinner på Berby.
Nilssen representerte einmannskrinsen «Ide og Marker», samt partiet Høgre, på Stortinget valbolken 1910-12. Han var medlem av næringskomité nr 1.
Han var innehavar av Kongens fortenestmedalje i gull.
