Louis Eugène Félix Néel (22. november 1904 –17. november 2000 ) var ein fransk fysikar som i 1970 mottok Nobelprisen i fysikk for sitt grunnleggende arbeid og oppdagingar innan antiferromagnetisme og ferrimagnetisme som har førte til viktige tillegg til faststoffysikken.[1][2] Han delte prisen saman med svenske Hannes Alfvén som fekk prisen for grunnleggende arbeid og oppdagingar innan magnetohydrodynamikken med fruktbare bruksområde innan ulike område av plasmafysikken.
