Jakob Martinus Remseth (5. oktober 1897–4. mai 1969) var ein norsk arbeidar og politikar, fødd i Dønnes og busett i Sauda. Han var stortingsrepresentant for valkrinsen Rogaland og Arbeidarpartiet i tida 1945 til 1965.
Remseth var son til ein gruve- og industriarbeidar, og voks mykje opp på Båsmoen i Mo i Rana. Seksten år gammal byrja han å arbeide i Båsmoen gruver, eit yrke han hadde til 1926, og som han kombinerte med arbeid på samvirkelaget i dei periodane gruvedrifta var redusert. I 1926 flytta han til Sauda og var dei neste 19 åra fabrikkarbeidar ved Electric Furnace Products Co. Ltd. i Sauda.
Remseth var medlem i heradsstyret i Sauda frå 1931 til 1955. Han var ordførar 1937-41, då han vart avsett av okkupasjonsstyret, og på ny frå 1945 til -51.
Hausten 1945 vart Remseth vald inn på Stortinget frå Rogaland, og sidan attvald fire gongar. Han var medlem 1945-49 i Sosialkomiteen og frå 1950 i Kommunalkomiteen, formann i denne frå 7. februar 1963.
