Måsøya (samisk: Muosáidsuolu) er øya som Måsøy kommune i Finnmark er kalla opp etter. Ho ligg aust for Havøysund og vest for Magerøya. Måsøya har eit areal på 13,9 km², og det høgaste punktet på øya er Hollendaren på 290 moh. Måsøya hadde 54 innbyggjarar i 2001.
På Måsøya ligg fiskeværet Måsøy. Øya var i tidlegare tider kommunesenter. Salmediktar Magnus Brostrup Landstad var født på Måsøya. Ei villreinstamme på rundt 40 dyr held til på øya.
Det er hurtigbåtsamband frå Måsøya til Havøysund.
