Lingen er ein by i Tyskland i delstaten Niedersachsen med om lag 50 000 innbyggjarar. Byen ligg ved elva Ems i den sørlege delen av landkreisen Emsland, som grensar til Nordrhein-Westfalen i sør og Nederland i vest.
Lingen vart først nemnd i 975. I nyare tid er Lingen kjend for offshore- og atomkraftindustri, men òg for den vakre naturen langs Ems.
