They show up at the sunrise or sunset (i'm not sure), also they are deadly if touched.
I think this is a 2000's film
One scene that I remember of is when one of this monster came up behind a hill and it is very huge (much higher than the hill)
The other is when the soldiers are escaping on a jeep shooting against one monster.
