Björneborg (finsk: Pori) er ein kommune og by attmed osen av Kumo elv i Bottenhavet på vestkysten av Finland. Det er den ellevte største byen i landet med om lag 83 000 innbyggjarar. Björneborg vart grunnlagd av den svenske kongen Johan III i 1558. Då hadde byen rett til utanrikshandel og hadde eit blømande næringsliv. Ved den industrielle utviklinga flytte mange folk frå distriktet til byen, som etter kvart vart einspråkleg finsk.


Den 1. januar 2010 vart Norrmark kommune slegen saman med Björneborg.
