Tarmo Koivisto (fødd 3. juli 1948) er ein finsk teikneserieskapar. Koivisto er mest kjend for serien Mämmilä, som fortel om den vesle finske landsbyen Mämmilä (modellen er Koivistos heimplass, Orivesi nordaust for Tammerfors). Mämmilä er eit Finland i miniatyr, og serien gjev ei levande framstilling av det finske samfunnet si utvikling frå slutten av 1960-talet og fram til i dag.
