Hughes Bluff er ein markant fjell- og isskrent, 310 moh, langs sørsida av Davidbreen, 11 km vest for Cape Reynolds i Victoria Land i Antarktis. Han vart kartlagt av US Geological Survey frå landmålingar og U.S. Navy sine flyfotografi, 1957–62 og vart namngjeven av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names etter Garrett A. Hughes, ein forskar frå US Antarctic Research Program på kosmisk stråling ved McMurdo-basen i 1966.[1]
