Dhol er ei sylindrisk, tosida tromme kjend frå store delar av Sør-Asia. Tromma finst i mange storleikar, men eit vanleg mål er ei lengd på om lag ein halvmeter. Ho er tradisjonelt laga av ein uthola del av ein trestamme med trommeskinn av lêr. Trommeskinna har noko ulik tjukkleik og ulike tonar. Ein speler som regel på tromma med to trommestikker, ei tjukk og bøygd stikke i bassenden og ei tynnare, mjuk stikke i den andre.

Ein bruker typisk dhol til folkemusikk og til fleire folkedansar. Tromma er velkjend frå Panjab, særleg i samband med bhangra. I Assam finst fleire mindre dholtypar, som jai dhol og bihu dhol.
Gujaratiar bruker dhol til dansen garba og pasjtunar til attan.
Dhol (ḍhol) stammar truleg frå dohol, ei persisk tromme som var vanleg ved mogulhoffet. Trommer med liknande namn og av liknande type er kjende frå Armenia, Iran og Sentral-Asia.
