Michael Fonfara (fødd 11. august 1946) er ein kanadisk tangentspelar som er mest kjend for å ha vore medlem av banda The Electric Flag og Rhinoceros i 1960-åra. I 1970-åra spelte han mykje med Lou Reed og frå 1990 og fram til i dag har han vore medlem av Downchild Blues Band.
