Imphal er ein by og delstatshovudstad i Manipur nordaust i India. Byen ligg 750 meter over havet, og har rundt 265 000 innbyggjarar. Han blei okkupert av japanske styrkar under andre verdskrigen, og blei teken tilbake av britiske styrkar i 1944. I sentrum ligg mellom anna ruinane til Kangla-slottet, setet til den tidlegare kongen av Manipur.
