Hans Hanssen-Fossnæs (9. oktober 1829–28. juni 1890) var ein gardbrukar, brukseigar og stortingsmann frå Stokke i Vestfold.
Han var son til ein gardbrukar på Kroken i Ske sokn i Stokke, og overtok bruket etter far sin. I 1870 vart han eigar av Fossnæs i Arendal sokn i Stokke og flytta dit. På Fossnæs var det både mylne, sag og teglverk. Seinare selde han denne eigedomen til amtet, som der opna landbruksskule. Hanssen-Fossnæs var siste leveåra økonom ved amtssjukehuset i Tønsberg.
Hanssen-Fossnæs var 3. representant frå Jarlsbergs og Larviks amt på Stortinget i perioden 1883-85. Han var medlem av justiskomiteen. Også vald til stortingsmann for 1886-88, men møtte ikkje, då buet hans var under konkurshandsaming. Valet vart elles forkasta med 72 røyster mot 35.
Han døydde i 1890 i Tønsberg.
