Peterbreen er ein kort, brei isbre som flyt nordaust og ut i Jutulstraumen like aust for Neumayerskarvet og Mellebynuten i Dronning Maud Land. Han vart kartlagt av norske kartografar frå landmålingar og flyfoto av Maudheimekspedisjonen (NBSAE) (1949–52) og flyfoto av den norske ekspedisjonen 1958–59. Han er kalla opp etter Peter Melleby som var sjef for sledehundane under NBSAE.
